Aromatherapy Massage

In a simple massage, the therapist is able to glide over your skin by using some kind of oil or cream that has no scent. In an aromatherapy massage, the therapist uses oil which contains essential oils derived from plants. 

Annew Perspective's  therapist ensure that they use only oils which contain pure essential oil mixed with a carrier massage oil like sweet almond, coconut  or grapeseed oil.

The oil used will depend on how you want to feel when the massage has ended. For instance you may want to feel more relaxed, or balanced or invigorated or you may want to soothe sore muscles. A discussion with your therapist will ensure that the correct choice is made. It is vital that you inform the therapist of any health or allergy issues to ensure that the oils used are safe and beneficial for you.

About Us

Supported Living Massage Services For Young Adults with Special Needs

We provide Aromatherapy & Indian Head Massage for young adults who have special  needs which have resulted in being in supported living accommodation. We are very flexible with the therapies as the clients are definitely at the heart of them and meeting their needs is paramount to us.

We use mindfulness and breathing/grounding techniques with our clients if it is deemed appropriate to promote calmness and balance and ensure that they benefit from the massage by relaxing mentally and emotionally as well as physically.

We will also provide Guided Meditation to promote relaxation if  this is considered appropriate.



Senior Massage in Supported Living Accommodation

If you are a senior person,  or if you care for senior clients or members of your family, you will know that as we grow older our muscles, tissues, skin, circulation and mobility all change over time as out bodies age. Annew Perspective's therapists understand this and offer massages using gentle techniques, shorter therapies (approximately half an hour long) and  seated massages.

Clients  have massages clothed, with or without oil (Client's may remove socks, tights, shoes, cardigans etc if appropriate)

Massages can be carried out on chairs in shared areas of residential accommodation, thus clients can feel comfortable and safe.

Stress Management: £35 For 1 Hour

Please note the prices below for sessions of over 1 hour.

90 mins:     £50

2 hours:      £60

Please note that the first session  can take anything up to 2  hours as lots of information needs to be gathered and issues explored. It is advisable to book a 2 hour session at a special price of £50.

Indian Head Massage: £25 - 30 mins £30 45/50 mins

Choose long or short session depending on the time you have available. 

This therapy can be done while fully clothed without oil if preferred. Otherwise clothing should be worn which allows access to shoulders, upper back and upper arms.

Guided Meditation £30

This can be 1:1 or to bring the price down why not bring a friend.

Price for 2 people attending £25 each

Price for 3-6 people attending £20



Angelic Reiki £25

Angelic Reiki therapy does not have a set time but usually lasts around 30 mins.


Please speak to us when booking if you would like us to bring out the Angel Cards as this will take slightly longer and we would need to be prepared. Price: £30
